If your regression monitor is not capturing images, check these common causes:
Domain not verified
Regression monitoring needs DNS verification. Check your monitor status to see if verification is still pending, and make sure your TXT record is set up correctly.
URL not accessible
The URL must be publicly accessible. Our capture service cannot access:
- Pages behind a login
- Localhost or private network addresses
- Pages blocked by a firewall or location rules
- Pages that block automated browsers
Page errors
If the page returns an error, such as 404 or 500, or takes too long to load, the capture may fail. Check that the URL opens correctly in your browser.
Monitor paused or disabled
Check if the monitor has been paused. You can resume it from the monitor settings.
Free allowance and PAYG limits
If you have reached your included allowance or PAYG monitor limit, new monitors will not be active. Add prepaid balance or remove monitors you no longer need.
