By accessing or using InfraBeacon, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Description of Service
InfraBeacon provides monitoring and reporting tools for websites, servers, captures, SSL certificates, domain expiry, alerts, contact routing, and related account and billing features.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use InfraBeacon only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use our tools to attack, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to systems
- Monitor, scan, or collect data from domains, servers, URLs, or systems you do not own or have authorisation to monitor
- Attempt to overload or abuse our infrastructure
- Use automated scripts to make excessive requests
- Resell or redistribute our services without permission
Service Improvement and Diagnostics
We may use analytics, operational logs, and masked session replay to improve InfraBeacon, diagnose problems, secure the service, and support users, as described in our Privacy Policy.
No Warranty
InfraBeacon is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of scan results. Use the information at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
InfraBeacon shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
Free Account Activity
Free accounts must be logged into at least once every 30 days for services to remain active. Inactive free accounts may have their associated services (such as uptime monitors, short links, and redirects) paused or removed without notice.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse our services.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of InfraBeacon after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
